Bavarian Beer Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8oz mild brie, at room temp
  • 4oz cream cheese, at room temp 
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter, at room temp 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons minced scallions
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne 
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup German beer 
  • Firehook Garlic Thyme Crackers, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Mash the brie, cream cheese and butter until combined. 
  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients and slowly pour in beer until the dip is easily spreadable. 
  3. Serve with Firehook Garlic Thyme Crackers.
