Whipped Cottage Cheese Pizza Dip

Creamy, cheesy, and ridiculously simple to throw together. Pair it with Firehook Crackers and you’ve got the ultimate cozy bite. Perfect for game nights, weekends at home, or honestly just when the pizza craving hits.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese blended until smooth
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt optional, for extra creaminess
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes optional
  • Fresh basil chopped, for topping

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a blender or food processor, whip cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir in Greek yogurt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cottage cheese mixture into a small oven safe dish.
  5. Spoon marinara sauce over the top, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil and red pepper flakes.
  8. Serve warm with Firehook Crackers for dipping.
