All Firehook crackers are baked in small batches in our own facility in Chantilly, Virginia.

How do I keep my Firehook crackers fresh?
Our transparent package is resealable, ensuring that your crackers stay fresh even after you open the container. Please make sure to close the package tightly after each use.
Are your plastic packages recyclable?
Firehook’s plastic containers are 100% recyclable, making it easy for you to recycle and more efficient for municipalities to collect for recycling. The containers are made with 10% post-consumer recycled material and a grade of PET plastic with the lowest carbon footprint on the market today. Our labels are made from the only material currently available that is fully recyclable with a plastic pack.

Are Firehook crackers certified organic?
Our signature line of crackers is certified USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project verified. Certification on our limited-edition crackers may vary but adhere to strict ingredient sourcing guidelines.
Are Firehook crackers Kosher?
Our signature line of crackers is OK Kosher certified. Certification on our limited-edition crackers may vary but adhere to strict ingredient sourcing guidelines.
Are Firehook crackers gluten free?
Firehook crackers are not gluten free.
Does Firehook use peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat or other allergens in your products?

What is the shelf life of Firehook crackers?
Our signature line of crackers has a six-month shelf life. Please check the “best by” information on each package.
