Smoked Salmon with Beet Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • Firehook Everything Like the Bagel Crackers 
  • 2 medium cooked beets (roasted or boiled, peeled)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • 1 garlic clove, grated 
  • Salt to taste
  • Smoked salmon 
  • Capers 
  • Asparagus, blanched (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare Beet Dip: In a food processor or blender, combine beets, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread beet dip on Firehook Everything Like the Bagel Crackers 
  3. Top with smoked salmon 
  4. Garnish with capers & sliced or whole asparagus (optional)
