Mushroom and Fennel Butter

INGREDIENTS: 

  • Firehook Rosemary Sea Salt Crackers 
  • 6 Mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 Small Fennel Bulb, finely chopped
  • Fennel Fronds, reserved
  • 1 Stick Salted Butter, softened
  • Cracked Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:  

  1. Saute chopped mushrooms and chopped fennel bulb in 4 tbsp butter until soft, let cool completely
  2. Mix mushrooms and fennel with softened butter
  3. Spread butter mixture on each Firehook Rosemary Sea Salt Cracker
  4. Finish with chopped fennel fronds and cracked black pepper
