INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cup Chopped Corned Beef
- ½ Cup Thousand Island Dressing
- ½ Cup Sauerkraut, Juiced Strained
- 1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
- Pinch of Kosher Salt and Pepper
- Chives for Garnish
- Firehook Everything Like The Bagel Crackers, for Dipping
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add cream cheese to a bowl with corned beef, thousand island dressing, sauerkraut, and ½ of the swiss cheese, and salt & pepper.
- Mix until evenly combined, transfer to a baking dish, and top with remaining swiss cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Sprinkle on chopped chives and dive in!
