Grilled Steak with Gremolata

INGREDIENTS:

  • Firehook Classic Sea Salt Crackers 
  • Prepared steak, cut of choice, either grilled or seared and thinly sliced 
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped 
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for finishing 
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare gremolata: In a small bowl, combine parsley, shallot, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Top Firehook Classic Sea Salt Crackers with grilled or seared steak 
  3. Add a spoonful of gremolata 
  4. Finish with an extra drizzle of olive oil, if desired
