Grilled Halloumi with Harissa

INGREDIENTS:

  • Firehook Classic Sea Salt Crackers 
  • Halloumi, sliced and grilled or seared  
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or labneh
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pickled red onions 
  • Fresh mint or parsley, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare harissa spread: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt or labneh, harissa paste, lemon juice, and honey (if using). Season with salt to taste. 
  2. Add a layer of harissa spread on each Firehook Cracker
  3. Top with grilled halloumi and pickled onions  
  4. Finish with fresh mint or parsley
