First, add 3 tbsp butter & a dash of olive to a pan. Next, add 3 cloves minced garlic & cook until fragrant.
Add in 4 tbsp of tomato paste and mix. Cook until slightly darkened then add 1 shot of vodka.
Mix in 1 cup of heavy cream and whisk well. Bring your sauce to a simmer for 7-10 mins to cook off the alcohol. Then, add 1/2 cup Parm cheese & season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley. Let your sauce cool down slightly.
In a large bowl - add 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup of ricotta, 3/4 cup of mozz and 1 tsp each of salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Mix well then add your vodka sauce. Stir it all together then add your dip to an oven safe dish & top with more mozz. Broil for 5-7 minutes until the top is slightly browned.
