Prosciutto and Mozzarella with Truffle

Ingredients: 

  • Firehook Classic Sea Salt Crackers 
  • Fresh Mozzarella, torn in pieces  
  • Prosciutto, thinly sliced   
  • TRUFF Truffle Olive Oil 
  • Basil, small leaves or larger leaves torn in pieces

Assembly: 

  1. Top each Firehook Classic Sea Salt Cracker with a piece of fresh mozzarella 
  2. Drizzle with TRUFF Truffle Olive Oil 
  3. Slice each piece of prosciutto into 3-4 pieces
  4. Twist prosciutto into a ‘rose’ shape and place on top of mozzarella  
  5. Tuck small basil leaf or a piece of torn basil under prosciutto
