INGREDIENTS: 

  • Firehook Everything Like the Bagel Crackers 
  • Whipped cream cheese 
  • Lox, thinly sliced 
  • Red onion, thinly sliced  
  • Capers, drained  
  • Fresh dill 
  • Lemon zest 
  • Cracked black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Spread or pipe a layer of whipped cream cheese on each Firehook Everything Like the Bagel Cracker 
  2. Add a layer of lox 
  3. Top with slices of red onion and a sprinkle of capers 
  4. Finish with fresh dill, lemon zest and cracked black pepper
