Creamy White Bean Dip

INGREDIENTS: 

  • Firehook Classic Sea Salt Crackers 
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans, drained
  • 1 tbsp Sherry Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:  

  1. Heat garlic and 1 tbsp olive oil in a small pan until golden
  2. Blend garlic, beans, vinegar, 3 tbsp olive oil and salt until smooth
  3. Drizzle with olive oil
  4. Finish with pepper and parsley
  5. Serve with Firehook Classic Sea Salt Crackers
