Avocado Feta Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • Firehook Classic Sea Salt Crackers
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs like dill, parsley, or mint (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Scoop avocados into a food processor or blender. Add feta, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil.
  2. Blend until smooth or pulse for a chunkier texture, depending on preference
  3. Season to taste
  4. Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh herbs and more crumbled feta (optional)
  5. Serve with Firehook Classic Sea Salt Crackers
