Big Game Party Tray

Big Game Party Tray

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 2 boxes Firehook Crackers (We love a variety of flavors)
  • Cured meats: prosciutto, salami, and spicy coppa
  • Cheese: Manchego, aged cheddar, creamy brie
  • Marinated olives: mixture of green, black and kalamata
  • Nuts: Marcona almonds or smoked almonds
  • Fresh or dried fruits: figs, grapes, or apple slices
  • Honey or fig jam, optional
  • Fresh herbs: rosemary or thyme, for garnish

Assembly:

  1. Choose a large wooden board, marble slab, or serving tray. You want plenty of space for layering and visual appeal.
  2. Fan out your Firehook Crackers in a few key spots around the board. Try grouping by flavor — Classic Sea Salt in one corner, Rosemary Sea Salt in another — to help guests explore and snack easily.
  3. Fold prosciutto into elegant ribbons, roll up salami, and stack slices of coppa. Place meats near the crackers for easy pairing.
  4. Cut hard cheeses into slices or small wedges, and let soft cheeses breathe at room temp for 20–30 minutes before serving. Add a cheese knife or two for easy scooping.
  5. Fill small bowls with olives, nuts, and any spreads. Tuck in fresh fruit or dried figs in open spots for pops of color and sweetness.
  6. Finish the tray with sprigs of rosemary or thyme for that elevated touch.
  7. Serve and celebrate!
